What You'll Do
Â
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers with professionalism and care.
- Receive and relay messages accurately.
- Order and track parts for vehicle repairs.
- Complete paperwork and assist with the daily administrative flow of the office.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their repairs.
- Work closely with technicians and management to help keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Learn the collision repair process from start to finish, with opportunities to be trained in writing repair estimates as your knowledge and experience grow.

Preferred Qualifications
Â
- Previous experience in the collision repair industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience writing auto body repair estimates is a plus.
- Previous experience as a body technician or familiarity with vehicle disassembly and repair processes is highly valued.
- Customer service, service advisor, or automotive service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates the work ethic, attitude, and desire to succeed.
- Valid driver's license.
