What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
- Order and track parts needed for vehicle repairs.
- Complete paperwork and assist with the daily administrative operations of the shop.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs.
- Work closely with technicians and management to help keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Learn the collision repair process from start to finish, with opportunities to learn estimating as your knowledge and experience grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous automotive collision repair, or parts department experience is a plus, but not required.
- Estimating experience or previous experience as an automotive technician is helpful, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Customer Service or Service Advisor experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license.
